1. About nXcore

nXcore is a fitness, mindset, and wellness platform designed to help users develop physical fitness, mental performance, healthy habits, and personal growth through movement, breathwork, cognitive training, educational content, and related resources.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or purchase services unless a parent, guardian, school, coach, or authorized organization has provided permission.

If you are under 18, a parent or guardian assumes responsibility for your participation.

The Services are not intended to provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or professional healthcare services.

By using nXcore, you acknowledge that:

You agree to stop any activity immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, discomfort, injury, or other adverse symptoms.

4. Assumption of Risk

You understand and voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in physical exercise, movement activities, workouts, breathwork exercises, sports training, and cognitive challenges provided through nXcore.

You accept full responsibility for any injury, illness, loss, damage, or other consequence resulting from participation.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, nXcore, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, coaches, partners, and representatives shall not be liable for:

  • Personal injury

  • Illness

  • Property damage

  • Loss of data

  • Loss of income

  • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

arising from or related to the use of the Services.

Your use of the Services is at your own risk.

6. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

  • All activity occurring under your account

nXcore reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Payments and Subscriptions

  • Subscription fees are billed automatically on a recurring basis.

is owned by or licensed to nXcore and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, or exploit any content without written permission.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts

  • Interfere with platform functionality

  • Share copyrighted content without permission

  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or termination.

11. Youth Programs and Team Participation

Schools, teams, coaches, parents, and organizations using nXcore are responsible for obtaining any permissions or consents required for participant involvement.

nXcore does not assume responsibility for supervision of minors participating in programs.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time if we believe a user has violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that may harm nXcore, its users, or third parties.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

nXcore makes no guarantees regarding:

  • Specific fitness results

  • Athletic performance improvements

  • Cognitive performance improvements

  • Availability of the Services

  • Error-free operation

Individual results will vary.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
